Design and Quality Manager Tower Bridge SE1
The Design and Quality Manager shall work with the Senior Design and Quality Manager to deliver core services to Peabody’s Development Team. They will be required to promote Peabody’s programme of producing well designed sustainable new homes, provide practical advice from experience of building practice and feedback gained from our tenants and consultants. The Design and Quality Managers will deputise for the Senior of Design and Quality Manager when required and will manage the Design Review Pipeline to ensure that all schemes are reviewed at appropriate stage to ensure they are developed to Peabody’s requirements for design, housing and asset management standards. Ensuring consultants and contractors are provided with up to date information on Peabody’s Design and Quality Standards to maximise the quality of our new developments, reduce defects and improve residents’ satisfaction. To work with the Head of Design, Quality & New Homes and the Senior Design and Quality Manager to create and deliver a plan that enables the team to operate effectively post-merger. Work with others across the department to achieve a service that is excellent in nature and controls both expenditure and performance.

Construction Inspector Tower Bridge SE1
Peabody's development programme will increase to see the delivery of several thousand homes per year. These homes must be delivered to high quality and excellent standard. This role will be essential to support the organisation to ensure excellence in quality, compliance and health and safety across Peabody's new build properties. The role requires a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, with the natural ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders.

Project Manager Latent Defects - 12 months FTC Tower Bridge SE1
To liaise and consult with internal and external stakeholders to diagnose, submit claims, and manage to resolution all latent defects which occur in Peabody's New Build stock. To work with wider Development team to feedback learnings to improve design and procurement documentation such as Design Guides and Employers Requirements ensuring the design of Peabody's New Build properties are focused on a minimal defect scheme. To work with Delivery and Construction Inspectors to ensure quality management on site and within the rectification period enables to identification of defects at early stages to prevent latent defects. To liaise with residents to ensure a smooth defect experience and resulting in high levels of satisfaction around defect resolution.
