An opportunity has arisen to work at our young people’s supported housing scheme in Colchester as a Housing Support Worker. The scheme provides support & accommodation to young people aged 16-21 years being referred through the Essex County Council gateway. The scheme operates 24 hours, 7 days a week, across 365 days per year (incl. weekends & bank holidays). The staff team work within a rolling 6 week rota which includes 1- 2 sleep in duties on average per week.
